HR Advantage was started in 1995, in Virginia, by Julie Rana after a successful career in the government contracting

and telecommunications industries. Combining state-of -the-art internet technology with traditional and personalized search approaches, HR Advantage produces quality employees who excel in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
