Julie Rana got her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, and has over 20 years of recruiting, labor relations and personnel experience. Her first job was as a management negotiator where she negotiated contracts with unions, and developed a training program for managers in labor relations for the city of Washington, D.C. Afterwards, Julie joined SRA International and MCI WorldCom in human resources. At MCI, Julie developed the firm's first large college recruiting program, receiving an "Excellence-in-Service" Award in the process. Julie founded HR Advantage in 1995 in Virginia, and has conducted searches for executives and other professionals around the US, and around the globe, including in China, Europe and Latin America.

 

Tina Goodman got her Bachlor's Degree from San Francisco State University and her Master's in HR Development. She joined MCI in human resources where she was known as a Sr. Manager who would get things done quickly, and as a result, won several commendation awards. Since leaving MCI, Tina has worked as a recruiting and personnel consultant where she has conducted searches for clients such as Sylvan Learning, Aquisition Solutions and Velocita. Tina joined HR Advantage in 2007 as Senior Vice President - Candidate Sourcing. When she finds time to take a vacation, Tina competes in triathlons.
